Why are we doing this?

"God had a plan- a magnificent dream. One day, He would get His children back. One day, He would make the world their perfect home again. And one day, He would wipe away every tear from their eyes.

You see, no matter what, in spite of everything, God would love His children -
with a Never Stopping, Never Giving Up, Unbreaking, Always and Forever Love.

And though they would forget Him, and run from Him, deep in their hearts, God's children would miss Him always, and long for Him -
lost children yearning for their home

Before they left the garden, God whispered a promise to Adam and Eve: "It will not always be so! I will come rescue you! And when I do, I'm going to do battle against the snake. I'll get rid of the sin and the dark and the sadness you let in here. I'm coming back for you!"

And he would. One day, God Himself would come."
 - The Jesus Storybook Bible, page 36

We are all simply lost children yearning for our home. These children who have lost their earthly home need to know this good news - there is hope in Jesus alone. He is on a rescue mission to bring His children to Him - our true home.

What is Sharing His Story?

It is our heart to provide the children affected by the April 2011 Tornadoes with a gift bag containing a few toys for them to enjoy and a copy of The Jesus Storybook Bible. Many of these children have lost their home, their belongings and in some cases, family members. While we can't undo what has been lost, we want to give them a bit of joy and hope in their life during this difficult time. Joy in the toys to play with and hope in the Word of God as retold in this beautiful children's story Bible.
